Since 2023, we’ve put our whole selves into building and growing Plump. We’re proud of what we shipped and grateful for the thousands of people we’ve helped.

We pivoted job search strategy dozens of times - from open-source aggregated position storage to classic job boards, from passive job applications to active AI-driven ones, and finally to referral exchange, that proved to be the best way to get a job.

After hundreds of hours of tinkering around matching engines, it became clear that job searching isn’t about finding open positions that match your profile, but finding the people you’d love to work with.

Happy to announce that Plump is now joining The Network to pursue the same goal, but on a broader scale:

to break down the barriers of human connection and ensure every single person discovers and connects with the people they are destined to meet.

There are so many exceptional people who can change the course of your life: co-workers, customers, angel investors, friends, partners, and lovers. We scroll by too many of them without ever noticing who’s right for us. We’re changing this.

The decision to move on from Plump to The Network was one of the easiest we made, because it means building the exact world we always wanted to create, with bigger probability of success. Thanks to everyone who has been part of this journey. Not saying goodbye, but see you on the other side
